Berwick – 07:03 – Alarm at 875 Abbottstown Pike, checked property everything ok.
Abbottstown – 08:20 – Complainant claimed her vehicle keyed on the left side. There have been several other reports of vehicles keyed in the Hofbrauhas house parking lot.
Berwick – 11:26 – Caller requested EMS for dehydration subject traveling in a vehicle. EMS and a police officer searched the area but could not locate the vehicle.
New Oxford Boro – 13:21 – Complainant found a marijuana pipe on the lawn of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church at 200 Lincoln Way.
Berwick – 14:47 – Domestic on 160 Municipal Rd. between mother, son and son’s girlfriend. Son and girlfriend stated they were leaving the home to avoid further conflict.
Abbottstown – 16:49 – Call from Conewago School District Transportation Manager stating that the parents at a bus stop on Tallahassee in Beaver Creek were threatening the bus driver.
Berwick – 17:04 – Continuation of domestic on 160 Municipal Rd. between mother and son. Mother claimed the son had left the residence and she not longer had need for the police.
Oxford Twp – 17:44 – Dispatched to an assault between two juvenile females at Christopher Lee and Kevin Dr.

Oxford Twp – 02:17 – Suspicious lights on at business on York Rd. one door open all checked out ok.
Berwick – 07:26 – Theft from Maple Grove Rd. Subject took a 38 Smith and Wesson, cash and a safe containing household document. There were no signs of forced entry.
Abbottstown – 15:48 – Accident on S. Queen St. with minor injuries. Unit one towed from the scene and Unit two driven away.
Berwick – 16:11 – Officer requested to make contact with the transportation director for the Conewago Valley School District regarding hostile parents at a bus stop on Tallahassee in Beaver Creek Village.

Oxford Twp – 00:10 – Dodge pick-up parked at storage facility at 2620 Carlisle Pike. Checked and owner gave permission to park there.
Berwick – 02:26 – Caller reported a vehicle following her down the Abbottstown Pike. The vehicle was an older model purple in color driven by a white male about 40 or 50 years old.
New Oxford Boro – 07:37 – Vehicle stopped in the 100 block of Peters St. for traffic violation. Occupants found to be in violation of curfew. Transported subjects to the station and released them to their parents.
New Oxford Boro – 13:03 – Subject called to report a burglary in the New Oxford area but caller was not sure of the exact address.
Berwick – 13:42 – Caller reported several limbs down on Beaver Creek Rd and utility company notified.
Oxford Twp – 15:48 – Retail store called to report subject in the store that had been arrested for shoplifting on a previous occasion and was told not enter the store again.
New Oxford Boro – 16:44 – Subjects on E. High St. screaming profanities at each other. Subjects were gone when officers arrived.
Oxford Twp – 17:11 – Resident on Billerbeck St. reported their mailbox vandalized. Upon investigation mailbox stake was rusted through and it was not an act of vandalism.
Oxford Twp – 17:50 – Neighbor called regarding the mailbox down on Billerbeck St. stating they did not how the mailbox got pushed over.
Oxford Twp – 17:50 – Hanover Police Department requested assistance contact a resident in our area on Fern Dr.
Oxford Twp – 18:05 – Follow-up to a caller on Billerbeck St. with a parking complaint during the re-enactment.
Berwick – 20:31 – Individual on Race Track Rd. had a wallet stolen containing multiple credit cards. Caller reported the cards used multiple times at multiple Wal-Mart, Turkey Hill, Sheets, Rutters stores.

New Oxford Boro – 00:20 – 911 Hang-up on Lincoln Way West, checked with the resident and all ok.
New Oxford Boro – 00:22 – 911 Hang-up on Locust Lane, checked with resident and no problems.
Oxford Twp – 05:16 – Van on Drummer Drive had tools removed from it but the offender was believed to have been scared off by another employee arriving at the residence while the theft was in progress.
Oxford Twp – 05:50 – Vehicle break-in on Trumpeter Way between Midnight and five am.
Oxford Twp – 06:02 – Silver 2000 Volvo S-80 stolen from Fiddler Dr. between midnight and 5 am.
Abbottstown – 06:40 – Two vehicle accident in Town Circle, no injuries both vehicles drivable.
Oxford Twp – 13:06 – ATM alarm at Harmony Dr. everything ok.
Oxford Twp – 16:02 – Two vehicle accident. Unit 2 was stopped to make a left turn and Unit one could not stop because of hydroplaning and struck Unit 2 in the rear. No injuries, one vehicle towed from the scene.
Abbottstown – 16:08 – Domestic on Sunrise because one party refused to leave the residence.
Berwick – 17:11 – Resident from 678 Green Springs Rd. called to report her boyfriend harassing her.
Berwick – 17:14 – A 2005 Dodge Caravan driven by Charlotte Lambert on Green Springs Rd. left the roadway and struck property at 351 Green Springs Rd. The vehicle had to be towed, operator not injured.
Hanover – 17:43 – Responded to assist Conewago PD with a subject on a domestic threatening to shoot anyone responding to the 911 call. Subject taken into custody.
Abbottstown – 18:15 – Disabled tractor-trailer on the square.
New Oxford Boro – 18:28 – 911 Hang-up on West High St. responded to the residence all ok.
Oxford Twp – 19:40 – Caller reported altercation with a neighbor’s guest on Storm Store Rd. Driver of the visiting vehicle screamed obscenities at the caller.
Oxford Twp – 19:45 – Follow-up on Fiddler Dr. caller had questions on a previous incident.
Berwick – 19:46 – Follow-up to incident at 678 Green Springs Rd.
Oxford Twp – 20:02 – Resident on Kohler Mill Rd. having issues with her step son and wanted to know what she could do if he came to the residence.
New Oxford Boro – 20:46 – 911 hang-up on Peters St. residence ok call was weather related.
New Oxford Boro – 21:37 – 911 hang-up on Locust Lane resident said they have been having problems with their phone and it is scheduled to be repaired.
New Oxford Boro – 22:55 – Resident called 911 to inquire as to why police were at their house. 911 advised it was to check on a 911 hang-up.
Berwick – 22:57 – Alerted to a sink hole on the Carlisle Pike just north of Green Springs. Alerted Penn Dot and assisted with traffic control.

New Oxford Boro – 11:39 – Juvenile informed the department that they saw a residence with three marijuana plants outside a residence growing in pots.
Berwick – 14:49 – Violation of a PFA on Green Springs Rd.
Berwick – 17:10 – Resident reported two suspicious vehicles in the same location three nights in a row.
Oxford Twp – 17:14 – Dispatched to a reckless driver on a motorcycle.
Abbottstown – 20:05 – Dispatched to a complaint of a neighbor’s child tossing ice cubes at their residence.
Berwick – 21:28 – Transported DUI driver from Carlisle Pike.
Oxford Twp – 22:32 – Caller reported someone removed her wallet containing $300 from her vehicle while at Speedway 94.
Berwick – 23:00 – Subject stopped at DUI checkpoint found to have in his possession a small amount of marijuana.
Berwick – 23:15 – Subject at DUI check point arrested for underage drinking.

Oxford Twp – 02:45 – Burglar alarm at Shurfine. Checked and everything ok.
Oxford Twp – 02:45 – Alerted the traffic light at Cross Keys was not working. Responded and directed traffic until fire department arrived.
New Oxford Boro – 02:50 – Caller reported an unoccupied vehicle in the roadway in the 400 block of Poplar Rd.
New Oxford Boro – 02:50 – Residential alarm on Lincoln Way East due to power outage.
Berwick – 03:01 Dispatched to alarm at ATM on Carlisle Pike due to power outage.
Abbottstown – 03:22 – Domestic in a vehicle, male Codye Kleim cited for disorderly conduct.
Berwick – 07:48 – Caller advised of a sink hole on Carlisle Pike at Green Springs Rd. Traffic re-routed and Pen Dot notified.
Berwick – 09:24 – Citizen requested we notify Met Ed about a fuse on a utility pole.

New Oxford Boro – 17:51 – Neighbor dispute over whose property a tree house was on.
New Oxford Boro – 21:18 – Caller reported her son’s girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend dropping their children off for the girlfriend and she doesn’t live there.

Abbottstown – 01:32 – Resident on Queen St. was awakened by a noise and saw two teenage females attempting to break open his cash box from his fruit stand. He called to the girls and they ran off. The girls threw his produce on the ground.
Abbottstown – 04:38 – PSP reported a Toyota Pick-up reported DUI traveling west on Rt. 30 into EARP territory.
New Oxford Boro – 05:37 – Caller on Carlisle St. stated she heard noises coming from upstairs a possible intruder. Patrol searched the house no one found.
New Oxford Boro – 10:43 – Subject had a question about a letter she received from her ex-husband.
Abbottstown – 10:47 – Single vehicle accident on Race Track Rd. A 1997 Saturn operated by Brooke DeLollis left the roadway and struck a bush, utility pole and then a tree. Vehicle towed from the scene operator taken to Hanover Hospital for observation.
Berwick – 11:18 – Seventeen year old female left the home on Green Springs Rd. and was refusing to return. Custody is shared but the daughter wanted to live with her father only.
Abbottstown – 11:48 – Subject on Berwick Rd. wanted to follow-up on a vehicle he had stolen a few weeks ago.
Oxford Twp. – 12:30 – Caller on Billerbeck wanted to discuss property ownership during divorce proceedings.
Abbottstown – 12:31 – Caller had a question on how to file an insurance claim on a previous crash.
Berwick – 15:17 – Custody issues with a runaway 17 year old female.
Oxford Twp – 17:33 – Three vehicle accident on Rt. 30 when Unit 3 failed to see that Units 1 and 2 were stopped for a traffic light. Two vehicles towed from the scene, no injuries.
Oxford Twp – 18:02 – Complainant stated they saw two Rottweilers kill some chickens on Mt. Misery Rd.
New Oxford Boro – 19:49 – Resident in the area of Lincoln Way West called to report two children ages 9 and 4 looking into his garage windows.
Oxford Twp – 20:52 – Several individuals became disruptive while riding go carts at a local business. Subjects were warned they must control their go carts at all times. An argument ensued and one of the patrons was told he was not allowed to return to the business.
Berwick – 21:50 – Caller on Green Springs Rd. reported a vehicle stopped in front of his house and he heard what he believed to be a gun shot. Patrol was in the area at the time of the reported shot and did not observe any vehicles leaving the area.
Berwick – 23:37 – Patrol responded to a report of a tree across Race Track Rd.

New Oxford Boro – 00:33 – Report of several juveniles walking around businesses and alleys. Located 7 adults found to be geocaching.
Abbottstown – 06:21 – While on patrol, officer noticed an object in the cemetery. Upon investigation a woman was on the ground. The officer tried to awaken her with verbal commands but to no avail. After further attempts the woman woke up and stated she and her boyfriend had an argument and she was waiting for a ride and fell asleep.
New Oxford Boro – 11:35 – Theft of prescription drugs from a resident on Orange St.
Abbottstown – 11:54 – Caller witnessed a domestic in which the subject threw a female to the ground and she was bleeding from the mouth. Subject taken to Adams County Prison.
New Oxford – 14:55 – Caller received a phone call requesting a donation to National Police and Troopers Association and he wanted to know if such an organization exists. He was informed that such an organization does exist but if he was suspicious of the caller and did not trust them he should not donate or do further investigation.
New Oxford Boro – 14:56 – Caller wanted information on a theft case.
Abbottstown – 15:52 – Caller reported a reckless driver. Stopped the vehicle and found the operator not to be impaired.
New Oxford Boro – 16:51 – Resident at 322 Lincoln Way West called to complain that the neighbor was causing grass to go onto Lincoln Way West while mowing. Officer drove to site and grass on roadway was barely visible and in no way impeding traffic.
Berwick – 20:19 – Complainant at 265 Maple Grove Rd. stated there was a motorcycle in his driveway. Contact with motorcycle owner showed the bike engine seized up and owner had already called for the bike to be transported to the repair shop.
New Oxford Boro – 21:14 – Caller alleged that her son-in-law advised her he was confronted by two subjects with knives requesting his money on Lincoln Way West. He stated he fought them off and they got no money.
New Oxford Boro – 22:19 – Harassment reported at 300 Lincoln Way East.
New Oxford Boro – 22:21 – Caller reported a large metal object lying in the roadway on Carlisle St.

Oxford Twp – 01:24 – Caller reported a white male standing between her house and the shed on her property on Piper. When they called to the subject he ran away.
New Oxford Boro – 06:04 - A male pedestrian, John Lee Myers was struck and lying in the east bound lane of Lincoln Way West. Myers was crossing the street with his wife when struck by a pick-up truck operated by Stephen Sneeringer.
Oxford Twp – 08:15 – Domestic on Fiddler Dr. between boyfriend and girlfriend.
Oxford Twp – 08:28 – Alarm at the Susquehanna Bank, found the bank was installing a new alarm system.

Oxford Twp – 12:53 – Complaint of two large dogs running loose on Carly Dr. Contacted owner and he stated the dogs have been in the house for the past hour.
New Oxford Boro – 16:54 – Caller reported a vehicle traveling through the Boro without a license plate on the vehicle.
New Oxford Boro – 16:56 – Follow-up on pedestrian struck on square.
Oxford Twp – 19:43 – Domestic between boyfriend and girlfriend. Intoxicated girlfriend tried to leave and drove her vehicle into a tree.
Berwick Twp – 20:37 – Caller asserted that his ex-girlfriend threatened to shoot him.
Berwick Twp – 21:32 – Complainant stated a subject confronted a visitor at this home. Complainant had a no trespass served against the subject.

Oxford Twp – 11:23 – Subject called and wanted a ride to Hanover. Informed the subject we do not provide transportation.
New Oxford Boro – 15:46 – Domestic between father and teenage son. Both subjects charged.
New Oxford Boro – 17:21 – Domestic between girlfriend and boyfriend. She wanted him to leave her apartment.
Oxford Twp – 17:22 – Twelve year old rode his bike to football practice and was harassed by several older students. He left and went to his aunt’s home for safety.
New Oxford Boro – 18:50 – Transport prisoner to Adams County Prison.
Berwick – 20:59 – Physical domestic between husband and wife. Husband agreed to leave the residence for the night.
New Oxford Boro – 21:31 – Caller informed of drugs found in juveniles belongings. The juvenile was in police custody for another offense.
New Oxford Boro – 22:42 – Caller wanted information on why the other party in a domestic was not in jail.
Oxford Twp – 22:47 – Caller stated that a red Ford Explorer dropped of a neighbor on Red Hill Rd. and while backing out of the driveway struck their Toyota Corolla.
Oxford Twp – 23:18 – While on a business check officer discovered an unsecured door to the business.

Berwick – 02:56 – Caller stated a male changing clothes at the Turkey Hill gas pumps.
Oxford Twp – 08:22 – Caller found two sets of keys by his mailbox on Hanover St.
Oxford Twp – 09:54 – Caller stated he struck something on Mt. Misery Rd. on his way to work but did not know what he struck. He believes it was possibly an animal.
Oxford Twp – 16:15 – A large sinkhole at 1200 Hanover St. Assisted Penn Dot with traffic control until they set up barricades to close the roadway.
New Oxford Boro – 17:05 – Two vehicle accident. Unit one stopped to make a left turn and Unit two did not notice Unit one was stopped and ran into the vehicle. No injuries minor damage to vehicles.
Oxford Twp – 17:46 – Assist EMS in locating a subject in need of an ambulance.
Berwick – 18:20 – Follow-up on theft investigation.
Oxford Twp – 19:04 – Caller reported reckless driver on Rt. 94 & Rt. 30 vehicle stopped.
Berwick – 20:16 – Report of suspicious vehicle on Shank Rd.
New Oxford Boro – 20:22 – Caller reported charges to her credit card she thought were free.
Oxford Twp – 20:52 – Caller reported someone ringing their doorbell. En-route caller reported they knew the person at their door.
Abbottstown – 20:59 – Suspicious vehicle parked at Recreational Park. Vehicle removed.
Berwick – 22:02 – Assist EMS with an ill patient. Ran patient’s information and he was found to be wanted in another state.
Abbottstown – 22:51 – Call from 911 stating be on the lookout for a motorcycle west bound on Rt. 30.

Berwick – 00:37 – Reportable accident on Maple Grove Rd. Vehicle went off roadway and struck a tree. Operator left vehicle and ran away. Witnesses stated they saw the operator run from the vehicle talking on his cell phone.
Oxford Twp – 02:57 – Officer dispatched to DUI accident.
Berwick Twp – 10:37 – Residents on Green Springs Rd placed traffic cones in center of roadway to indicate a yard sale. Cones had to be removed because they were a traffic hazard.
Abbottstown – 11:27 – Caller was the driver in a hit and run accident and left his vehicle at the scene. He wanted to know where is vehicle was taken.
Oxford Twp – 13:47 – Damage done to the screen on the supply room door of a storage supply room on West Golden Lane.
Abbottstown – 19:08 – Vehicle pursuit of a motorcycle that was passing at the crest of a hill, ran a stop sign and drove at speeds greater than 100 mph. Operator arrested.
Berwick – 19:19 – Officer responded to the residence for a report of a suicide.
Oxford Twp – 19:56 – Received a report of possible child abuse. The abuse was referred to PSP since it occurred in their territory.
Abbottstown – 20:43 – Made follow-up contact with fleeing and eluding suspect.

Oxford Twp – 08:15 – Assist Penn Dot in moving vehicles from roadway that they were going to pave.
New Oxford Boro – 12:14 – Two vehicle accident. ACT bus hit a Porsche causing minor damage to the front end while attempting to pull into a parking space.
Oxford Twp – 15:26 – Theft complaint subject contracted to have a canopy installed. Contractor cashed the check and never did the work.
Oxford Twp – 15:46 – Two vehicle accident when both vehicles on Carlisle St. were turning onto Hanover St. and Unit 2 did not see Unit 1 stop for cross traffic. There were minor damages and no injuries.
Oxford Twp – 16:01 – Caller reported harassment after receiving two threatening phone calls from an individual. Charges to be filed.
Oxford Twp – 20:31 – Domestic call to report the caller’s significant other had vaguely threatened the caller. It was determined that there was no threat according to the law.
Berwick – 20:32 – Received a call of a bicycle found in front of Wendy’s. Bicycle not reported stolen.
Abbottstown – 22:37 – While conducting foot patrol located an unsecured door to a business related to a previous complaint.
Oxford Twp – 23:18 – Recent graffiti on the inside of a vacant building on Hanover St.

Berwick - 01:13 – Caller reported a disabled vehicle on Carlisle Pike at Green Springs Rd. Towing service removed vehicle.
New Oxford Boro – 11:33 – Complainant reported he found a 5 year old child riding his bicycle on Kohler Mill Rd. Child was lost and could not find his way home. Child knew mother’s name and officers took the child home.
Straban Twp – 12:26 – State Police issued a BOLO for a red tractor trailer that ran a red light and was headed east on York Rd.
Oxford Twp – 12:37 – Follow-up on abandoned vehicle on Kohler Mill Rd.
New Oxford Boro – 13:55 – Elderly caller reported a phone scam.
Berwick Twp – 15:59 – 911 Hang-up from Deer Trail Dr. owner stated it was a misdial.

New Oxford Boro – 06:07 – Vandalism at the Conewago Valley Elementary School in the form of blue spray paint on the back of the building.
Berwick Twp – 11:13 – Single vehicle accident in the 100 block of Maple Grove Rd. the vehicle left the right side of the road and struck several trees. Minor injuries.
New Oxford Boro – 12:32 – Theft of recurve bow and one dozen Easton XX75 aluminum arrows taken from Kohler Mill Rd.
Berwick Twp – 13:59 – Residential alarm all ok upon arrival.
New Oxford Boro – 15:48 – Served a warrant and took subject into custody to Adams County Prison. Adams County Children and Youth took the subject’s child.
Abbottstown – 17:58 – Mother exited her vehicle and the vehicle locked accidently with keys in vehicle and her 9 month old child. Officer assisted in opening the vehicle.
Abbottstown – 19:06 – Caller reported cigarettes stolen from their vehicle on Fleet St.
Berwick – 21:13 – Speed detail.
Oxford Twp. – 21:14 – Subject attempted to rip the handle from the concession stand door at the school.

New Oxford Boro – 11:57 – Patrol was requested to assist Adams County Children and Youth with a call on High St.
Oxford Twp – 12:04 – Patrol requested to do a welfare check on elderly man walking on the Carlisle Pike. Subject was disoriented and walked away from his residence. Returned the subject to his wife.
Oxford Twp – 12:09 – Subject with dementia missing on Hampshire Dr. Subject located and returned to his residence.
New Oxford Boro – 14:31 – Call from sheriff’s department for a warrant to be issued for subject in New Oxford.
Oxford Twp – 16:01 – Call for resident of Hanover St. passing a bad check.
Oxford Twp – 20:54 – Single vehicle crash at Kohler Mill Rd. and Irishtown Rd. Vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole. No injuries.

Abbottstown – 03:30 – Advised of commercial alarm at the Best Smoke Shop on Abbottstown Square. Patrol arrived on location and found the door glass shattered. The EARP Officer was assisted by Conewago Twp. PD and McSherrystown Borough PD. Surveillance video showed two white males attempting to pry the door open.
New Oxford Boro – 04:54 – Caller advised of a suspicious male in a red shirt walking up on resident’s porches and walking around to the rear of residents homes. The male was accompanied by a female. Subjects were located and they advised they were from out-of-town and they could not find the address they were told to meet another subject.
New Oxford Boro – 10:40 – Resident on Peter St. requested a phone call in regard to a complaint previously filed with this department.
New Oxford Boro – 15:02 – Carroll County Social Services requesting an officer make contact on W. High for a 10 year old transported from Maryland without permission.

Notice of Attempted Diversion Burglary on 7/6/11 - Be aware of this:
In York County two white male subjects, possibly Hispanic, attempted to gain entry to a residence by using an electrical emergency as a diversion to get the homeowner to leave the residence. The homeowner went outside, locked the side door, and spoke with a male subject who was in his back yard wearing a flourescent vest and carrying a small walkie-talkie, which appeared to be a toy radio. The subject didn't provide identification but stated there was an electrical emergency due to a crash two miles down the road, and the home needed to be evacuated. The homeowner and male subject went back to the front of the residence where he saw the second subject at the side door. He believed the second subject was attempting to get into the reisdence. A newer, white, compact station wagon, possible a hybrid or crossover model vehicle, was parked in the driveway. The homeowner went back inside and the subjects left the area. Any residents experiencing a similar incident should notify their local police department.

Simultaneously County notified of a hit and run accident in that location. Upon stopping the vehicle operator was found to have outstanding warrants. Operator arrested.

Berwick – 14:10 – West Manheim Police Department called to notify that they found mail from a resident on Maple Grove Rd in a dumpster in their territory.

Abbottstown – 08:53 – Road rage incident occurred in York County and both parties came to the EARP station to complain about the other. The parties got into a heated argument in the police station.
New Oxford Boro – 10:36 – Responded to a complaint at the EARP station of harassment because complainant’s ex was texting and calling constantly. She was instructed to contact him only regarding the custody arrangements of the children.
New Oxford Boro – 16:20 – 911 hang-up. Contacted the residence and found children were playing with the phone.
Oxford Twp – 16:58 – Caller wanted to advise the department that he received a call for someone claiming he had won a truck from a Clearing House and he would not answer questions for them.

Oxford Twp – 10:25 – Caller stated they were parked and another vehicle backed into them. The driver of the other vehicle stated he was unaware he hit unit 1.
Oxford Twp – 11:16 – Claimant stated that his 21 year old brother came home from a party at the neighbor’s house and told him he got beat up. Claimant went to the neighbor’s house to ask why his brother got beaten. The neighbor then grabbed the claimant by the arm and he hit the neighbor.
Abbottstown – 12:15 – Officer advised of reckless driver between Cross Keys and Abbottstown. Officer located driver and observed him going up over curves and other obstacles.

New Oxford Boro – 09:15 – Toyota van ran off the roadway and struck a pick-up causing the van to overturn there was major damage to the pick-up. Operator stated she fell asleep.
Berwick -11:53 – Caller reported a house on Green Springs Rd had water coming from it. Upon investigation officer found there was water coming up from the basement to the first floor and spilling out the doorway. Officer notified the emergency contact person. No danger was posed to neighboring homes.
New Oxford Boro – 15:53 – Disturbance on Lincoln Way East when a family became upset at a constable trying to serve a warrant. Officer was able to calm the family after explaining the reason for the constable’s presence.
New Oxford Boro – 17:22 – Woman walking her dog had a young man following her and he stated he was going to take her dog. She went to a public place so he would go away. She just wanted a report filed in case her dog disappeared.
Oxford Twp – 17:37 – Domestic between husband and wife. Wife wanted to know how to be safe from husband because he was abusing her.
Oxford Twp – 18:19 – Woman stated an aggressive dog was following her. The owner retrieved the dog.

New Oxford Boro - 04:31 – Called to an argument between three subjects on Carlisle St. Parties cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
Abbottstown – 13:41 – Subject called because her son’s girlfriend was harassing her on her front porch. Girlfriend was on a date the night before and caller’s son parked in a tow away zone and the car was towed. Caller stated she would not give girlfriend her property that was in the car until she paid half of the cost of the towing and an argument ensued.
Oxford Twp – 17:18 – Call from subject who stated while walking past a house the occupant began yelling at him. Occupant stated he started yelling obscenities at her first.
Oxford Twp – 20:05 – Caller found an injured cat on the roadway and requested the name of a veterinarian clinic where she could take the cat.

New Oxford Boro – 07:19 – Suspicious vehicle complaint on West Golden Lane. Found the vehicle’s windows to be covered with garbage bags and the vehicle was running. The vehicle was legally parked and the operator was sleeping inside.
Oxford Twp – 09:16 – The High School’s Assistant Principal advised that sometime overnight someone wrote on the school windows. The school’s security video will be reviewed and follow-up to take place.

The operator and passenger of Unit 1 transported to hospital operator by ambulance passenger air lifted. No injuries to Unit 2 operator.

7/10/10 – Oxford Twp – Criminal mischief to a vehicle on Commerce St, a relative punctured the tire. Victim is not going to press charges if the subject pays for the damages. Subject agrees.
7/10/10 – New Oxford Boro – Subject advised officer that her husband would not give their son back after a visit. Subject advised son was ok and they needed custody agreement from the court system.
7/9 /10 – Berwick – Claimant advised a magazine salesman came to her home and she was suspicious.
7/9/10 – New Oxford Boro – Vehicle vs tree, driver transported to ER for evaluation. Driver pressed on gas pedal too hard and vehicle unexpectedly accelerated too fast.
7/8/10 – Berwick – Babysitter advised the homeowner’s dogs got into a fight in the residence and she removed the children. One of the dogs had to be euthanized due to injuries and the other was surrendered to the SPCA for euthanization.
7/8/10 – Oxford Twp – Two vehicle accident, one vehicle on Rt. 94 traveling south with their right turn signal on and Unit 2 at the stop sign on Brickyard. Unit 2 pulled out in front of Unit 1 believing they were going to turn. Unit 1 was unaware their turn signal was on. Both vehicles towed.

6/21/10 – Oxford Twp – Two white males 12/13 years old vandalized the bathroom of the Shurfine Market. The graffiti resembles a rash of other vandalism acts in the area.
6/21/10 – Oxford Twp – Caller stated she had a verbal with her boyfriend and he took their 15 day old child and her car and headed to Gettysburg. Boyfriend had no driver’s license. Contacted Gettysburg Police Department and they stopped the vehicle and returned the child.

6/19/10 - Oxford Twp - While on Patrol an officer observed a subject in a vehicle on the McSherrystown Fish and Game. Subject had an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody.
6/18/10 - New Oxford Boro - On June 18, 2010 at approximately 00:03 Eastern Adams Regional Police Department responded to an aggravated assault in the 200 block of Lincoln Way West in New Oxford Borough. The victim was transported to York Hospital. The victim stated he was stabbed in the abdomen 2-3 times by a cousin, Diego Bermejo, after leaving the La Fonte Restaurant and Bar. After stabbing his cousin Bermejo left the scene and drove away. Diego Bermejo, also known as Chris Tbore, and Chris Sheppard has a warrant out for his arrest. He was employed by R.H. Sheppard in Hanover, PA. Anyone with information or knowledge of his location is asked to contact the Eastern Adams Regional Police Department at 717-624-1614.
6/17/10 - New Oxford Boro - Items stolen from America's Past Antiques by an older couple in a light colored SUV. Items totaled $2,745.
6/17/10 - Oxford Twp - Caller reported kids spraying vehicles with water as they passed . The caller's window was down and he got wet. Officer went the the address and found a 6 year old and a 3 year old playing with the hose.

The truck hit the rear of the bike causing the child's foot to slip into the wheel. The driver stopped and stated, "next time you'll stay out of my way" and left the area. The child was not hurt and no damage to the bike.

3/13/10 - Berwick - Claimant called the Police Department to report someone hit his horse. The horse had a broken leg and had to be put down. A witness described two white males in a pick-up stop and take possession of the horse.
3/13/10 - Berwick - Call regarding a suspicious vehicle with three occupants in Beaver Creek offering to clean carpets for free.
3/12/10 - Abbottstown - Call for a vehicle stuck in the mud in a resident's yard. Vehicle unoccupied and property owner wanted it removed. The vehicle was towed.

2/24/10 - Berwick Twp - Clerk at Turkey Hill stated they had a gas drive off. Officer stopped the vehicle and driver returned to the store to pay for the gas. Due to confusion with her credit card the Turkey Hill store did not prosecute.
2/24/10 - Abbottstown Borough - A two vehicle crash when operator Hoffman struck a vehicle legally parked along Kinneman Rd. Ms. Hoffman was taken to York Hospital to by her mother be checked . Subject did not feel the need for medical response to the scene. Two children were in the vehicle and were uninjured. Both vehicles had to be towed.

2/21/10 - Oxford Twp - Claimant reported unknown person knocking on his bedroom window. Claimant was afraid to look outside to see who the person was. On arrival found person to be a friend of the complaintant.
2/20/09 - Oxford Twp - Claimant came to the station to report someone using a fictictious address. Officer conducted an investigation and found the suspect's real address and charged him with the offense.
2/20/09 - New Oxford Boro - Report of a theft of a Buddha lawn ornament from his yard.
2/20/09 - Berwick Twp - An employee of Wendy's advised that a female subject cane into the restaurant, ordered food, and then was acting strangely and saying someone was after her and she needed to hide from him. Officer spoke with the female and she stated that she was with a male subject who accused her of stealing money from him and he yelled at her. She said she became frightened and got out of his truck and went into Wendys. Officer and female subject made arrangements for her to get another ride home.
2/20/10 - Oxford Twp - Accident involving a white Ford van and a charcoal Chevrolet Silverado pick-up. A tractor trailer was turning onto Lincoln St. from the York Rd. and the Ford backed up to allow room for the tractor trailer and backed into the Chevrolet pick-up. No injuries and minor damage.
2/20/10 - New Oxford Boro - Report of suspicious vehicle circling the block. Vehicle a white sedan occupied by two white males.
2/16/10 - Oxford Twp - Two vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Buick attempting to pull out of Hanover Concrete and travel north struck a vehicle traveling south. Operator complained of hip pain.
2/16/10 - Abbottstown - Abandoned vehicle sitting along roadway. Owner in jail and owner's father told to remove the vehicle.
2/16/10 - Abbottstown - A former employee stole approximately $10,000 since 2008. The employee has been terminated.

2/13/10 - New Oxford Boro - Called for a 12 year old out of control. Child is undergoing treatment by a doctor for emotional issues.
2/13/10 - New Oxford Boro - Domestic between a male and a female over financial matters. Physical contact was made by both parties.
2/13/10 - Oxford Twp - An officer was called to the PNC Bank for a subject mentally unstable trying to get money from his account and he had no account there. He stated he won the lottery and the government was going to put 100 million dollars in an account for him.
2/13/10 - Abbottstown - Eric Tomecek was arrested for driving under the influence. The vehicle he was driving was towed and Mr. Tomecek was taken to the Hanover Hospital for a BAC.
2/10/10 - Berwick Twp - Single vehicle accident on Green Springs Rd. near the intersection of Huff Rd. A Chevrolet Beretta was having difficulty traveling up a steep, snow covered hill. The operator needed to back down when he noticed a PennDOT plow truck rapidly approaching from the opposite direction. The plow truck did not appear to be slowing and reportedly struck the left rear side of the Beretta.
2/9/10 - Oxford Twp - Non reportable accident in a private parking lot that involved a parked vehicle (unoccupied) and a PennDOT plow truck.
2/9/10 - Two vehicle accident at the intersection of West High and South Bolton St. Unit 1 pulled from the stop sign into the path of Unit 2. The streets were constricted by snow and ice which contributed to the accident.
2/8/10 - Oxford Twp - Adult female arrested for retail theft. Suspect removed approximately $70 worth of merchancise from the store without paying for it. Subject also had outstanding warrants in Adams, York, Cumberland and Lebanon counties. Prisoner transported to Adams County Prison.
2/8/10 - Oxford Twp - Single vehicle accident in the 600 block of Red Hill Rd. Driver lost control of vehicle due to icy road conditions and struck a tree. Driver was not injured vehicle was towed.
2/7/10 - Oxford Twp - Susan Ketcham was reported as a missing person. Officers and members of Company #33 and canine units searched the immediate area regarding the missing persons report. She was not located. Police continue the investigation and appreciate any information which will assist in locating the missing woman.

2/2/10 - Oxford Twp - A Jeep Wrangler while traveling south on the Carlisle Pike slid off the west side of the snow covered roadway. The vehicle came to rest in a ditch and needed to be pulled out. No injuries.
2/2/10 - Oxford Twp. - Domestic between a boyfriend and girlfriend. The couple were arguing over the boyfriend calling her at work and her boss was getting upset. Female left the residence for the evening.
2/2/10 - Berwick Twp - Responded to a two vehicle accident on the Abbottstown Pike. Both vehicles were traveling north. The 1999 Ford Escort spun around several times on the snow covered roadway and was struck from behing by a 2005 Mini Cooper. There were minor injuries and both vehicles were driveable.
1/28/10 - Oxford Twp - An officer was dispatched to a burglary on Fish and Game Rd. The members of the organization advised that when they arrived at the buidling this morning they found the window to the entrance door smashed. They advised that three cases of beer were stolen from inside the building and a box containing members dues. Nothing else was found to be missing. The officer recovered a partial print from the shattered glass.
1/27/09 - Berwick - Report of a verbal dispute between woman and her live-in brother. There was a verbal argument and no physical contact took place.
1/27/10 - Abbottstown - Assist ambulance with securing the scene prior to their arrival for a mental subject.
1/27/10 - Oxford Twp - Called to an altercation at the school involving verbal harassment and a subject being punched. The school has suspended the student for 10 days.
1/27/10 - New Oxford Boro - Patrol responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers spoke with the complaintant who repored he has no place to live. It was determined that the subject had two outstanding warrants and was taken into custody.
1/25/10 - Oxford Twp - Caller advised his teenage son out of control and throwing items. Patrol found the child is seeing by numerous counselors. The child was calmed down and everything was ok.
1/25/10 - Oxford Twp - Claimant advised he is renting storage units and when he went to check the units today he found numerous items missing. He suspects a family member stole the items.
1/24/10 - Oxford Twp - Two vehicle accident on Carlisle Pike. First vehicle was legally stopped at a stop sign when it was struck from behind by another unit. No injuries.

1/22/10 - Berwick Township - Single vehicle crash on Green Springs Rd. Driver lost control and struck a MetEd pole after trying to make a left turn off of Greensprings Rd. The vehicle traveled 228 feet with skid marks.
1/22/10 - Berwick Township - Another residence on Race Track Rd. was struck by BBs causing window damage amounting to approximately $400.00.
1/22/10 - Berwick Township - At midnight an unknown person drove past a residence on Race Track Rd. and shot BBs from a high powered air gun causing approximately $250 damage to the shutters and siding.
1/18/09 - Berwick Township - Resident stated someone had used his debit card for numerous transactions in Illinois and Indiana amounting to approximately $4,000. This case is under investigation by detectives in those states.

01/06/2010- Berwick Township- Eastern Adams Regional Police were dispatched to an armed robbery that occurred at the Turkey Hill Minit Market located on 6100 block of York Rd. at 3:39 am. A witness provided a vehicle description and direction of travel for the suspect vehicle. Eastern Adams Regional Police located the vehicle traveling east toward Abbottstown on York Rd. Officers followed the vehicle until additional officers could respond to assist with stopping the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped on Eisenhower Dr., Hanover. One occupant ran from the vehicle, however, was quickly apprehended. The remaining three occupants were arrested without incident. Officers recovered a loaded "sawed off" shot gun, a black pistol bb gun and the items that were stolen from the store. Three of the vehicle occupants were charged with crimes related to the armed robbery (above). The same subjects were charged with an armed robbery committed in York County, Paradise Township at the Rutters by Northern York Regional Police Department.
